About Me
Angie Cheung
BA (Cantab), PhD (in progress, Warwick)
Director / STEM Specialist
After graduating with a BA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, I was awarded a fully funded PhD offer at the University of Warwick. I am currently a 2nd year PhD student studying Chemistry at the University of Warwick.
During my time at Cambridge, I have achieved first class in my research projects. During my final year at Cambridge, I have specialised in Materials Science, a multidisciplinary subject encompassing Chemistry, Maths and Physics.
My tutoring experiences started ever since I was a Subject Prefect at Secondary school, teaching lower years in Maths and Sciences. I have over 8 years of tutoring experience, in GCSE, DSE, A-Levels, and IB curriculum of Maths, Chemistry, Physics and Further Maths.
I have achieved 12 A*s during my GCSEs (inlcuding English, Maths, Further Maths, and Sciences) and 4 A*s at A-Levels (Maths, Chemistry, Physics, and Further Maths).
My teaching style is encouraging, clearly structured, and easily understandable. My students have been able to move up 2 grades in one half term with me!
I helped 80% of my students get into Cambridge in the past 4 years using my proven method and structured plans, covering from UCAS Personal Statement Preparation, Entrance Tests, and mock Cambridge interviews.
